My yoga journey
Born in Austria, I always had a sense that life had so much more to offer beyond the familiar. Shortly after finishing school, I followed that instinct — and jumped headfirst into an adventure of months-long travel.
It was in Barcelona that I first felt the deep desire to settle down and create a safe, grounded space for myself.
That’s also where yoga found me — not just as a physical practice, but as a magical tool for transformation.
At the time, I didn’t speak the language, I didn’t know anyone, and often felt quite alone. Yoga became my anchor. I was first drawn to the physical challenge, but over time I realized something deeper was happening — not only was my body changing, but so was my awareness.
I began to see the life I was creating with clearer eyes. I connected with my emotions, trusted the process, and — for the first time — felt free simply being enough for myself.
As I explored different styles and connected with like-minded people, I felt a strong pull to go deeper.
In 2015, I traveled to India to complete my first 200-hour Ashtanga Yoga Teacher Training. It was nothing short of transformational.
Far from everything familiar, I felt fully present, in the right place at the right time. Learning to teach yoga opened my heart and connected me to people in a way I had never experienced — through honesty, trust, and love.
Helping others transition to a more authentic lifestyle became my passion. It inspired me to contribute to a world where people reconnect with their true values, dare to be curious, and feel empowered to choose new paths.
In 2017, I joined the Rocket Yoga community, completing a 50-hour teacher training in Greece, followed by many more workshops and immersions. As I gained strength, I discovered my passion for Acroyoga and Handstands — surprised again and again by how far I could go with “impossible postures”.
I am a movement lover, and I believe there are no limits — unless we define ourselves by them.
All of these experiences are reflected in the way I teach today. My classes are not bound to one linear style — because life isn’t linear either. We are always changing, evolving. That’s what makes yoga so powerful: it teaches us to flow, adapt, and transform.
I’ve had the honor of teaching Rocket, Vinyasa, Handstands, and Acroyoga workshops across Europe, in studios like Buddha on Bike (Lithuania), Ashtanga Yoga Linz (Austria), and numerous beautiful spaces in Barcelona.
But the heart of my work lies in the retreats I lead — immersive experiences where students journey deeper into themselves. Together, we spend a few days in a unique location, practicing daily yoga, exploring creative workshops, and sharing in healing sessions led by top professionals in their fields.
To me, the power of yoga lies in its inclusivity. Yoga is for everyone. When we come together in practice, we become a breathing, moving unity — vibrating on a higher level of existence.
ASHTANGA YOGA
Ashtanga Yoga is an authentic Indian yoga method, originating from the traditions of T. Krishnamacharya. It provides structue, routine and discipline with its sequences and the practice of pranayama (breathwork).
ROCKET
Rocket Vinyasa has its origins in Ashtanga Yoga, however is a more adapted method for the western world. Although it bases on principles of astanga, it encourages to look outside the box, as also more complex postures are made accesible through variations.
VINYASA FLOW
Vinyasa is a practice, which inspires to link movement with breath and to let the sequence become a dance from asana (posture) to asana. It provides a safe space for everyone and comes in many styles.
ACROYOGA
Acroyoga consits in teamwork and trust. When two bodies are fully synchonized, the practice of yoga finds its expansion in an almost acrobatic flow, where base and flyer link their postures.
Me today
In 2022 I received the greatest gift of my life when my son was born. I stepped into motherhood both with challenges and also with experiencing so many magic moments, that will be forever in my memory.
Being a mother, caring for this little human has made me reflect so much, questioning, doubting, trusting and also made me learn about myself.
As I use to say, my little one actually is my real guru. Born as a pure soul, with a free spirit he shows me how to be wild, true to his feelings, curious at all times and to 100% live the current moment. To be present.
Motherhood has given me the confidence and power to make a difference for our children with shaping a better future and connecting people through authentic yoga experiences.
